The Fieldmaster mobile app has a dedicated section for attendance clock in and clock outs. To prevent users from forgetting to log their attendance, there are multiple settings that can be configured from the admin panel:

• Max Clock-in hours: Set the maximum period that a user can remain clocked in, before he has to clock out.
• Hide tasks: Hide all tasks in the app till the user clocks in or clocks out.
• ‍Hide task details: Hide task details in the app till the user clocks in or clocks out. This still allows him to view his next day's activity locations on the map, but hides the details and disables the task start button.

We've built the same powerful functionality from our Taskflows into the attendance feature, so at the time of attendance clock-ins and clock-outs you can ensure collection of any kind of data. For example:

• Team structure for the day
• Enforce PPE or other safety checklists
• Site details
• General notes that can track project progress

There's no need to spend money on additional biometric devices when every field user already has a powerful computer in his pocket. Our mobile applications and integrated backend servers enable the most powerful AI face-recognition:

• Register a face to a username
• AI model looks for a live face and cannot be tricked with photos or videos

On the admin side you can create polygons on a map at a project, activity or user level. The field users would only be able to clock in or out if he is within the drawn polygon.

This is a gamechanger when it comes to compliance needs or ensuring working hours.

In certain cases you may need to ensure the field user presence at different sites at different times of the day. You can create rules such as:

• Ensure that the user is at Client A from 10 am to 12 pm
• Ensure that the user is at Client B from 2pm to 3 pm

etc.

The real power of this feature is when it's directly integrated to the incentives and payroll. You can specify incentives for timeliness and site presence, and have it automatically integrated to your payroll software.
