For certain tasks like maintenance of critical equipment, it's often necessary to have a customer sign off on the work done before your invoices are approved. Traditionally this meant pen and paper. But our Taskflow system allows field agents to digitally capture signatures via their mobile devices, ensuring secure and efficient task validation at the point of completion. Another option is to send a secure page where the customer can later enter his comments and sign his approval.

Feedback forms can be integrated into the workflow to get insights into actual field user performance and build customer delight.

Capture Signature at the point of service

The fieldwork taskflows can be configured such that field agents must capture digital signatures at the point of service in order for the task to be successfully completed.

An intuitive and user friendly mobile interface allows agents to quickly capture signatures with minimal effort.

Automated customer approval links

In certain cases the it may not be convenient to add the customer action at the point of service as part of the mandatory Taskflow. Or, you may wish to provide an alternative arrangement if the customer representative is not immediately available for signature.

In such cases, our system can automatically send the customer a secure link that contains:

  • Data from the tasks done by your field agents including captured parameters, before and after photos, videos etc.
  • An area to upload a digital signature OR an interactive signature section for the client to sign on

Once a signature is captured, the task’s status is immediately updated in the system, ensuring that service completion is reflected in real time. This eliminates any delay between task completion and verification, allowing for faster processing.

Automated feedback mechanism

In addition to capturing approvals and signatures as part of your task completion process, you may also wish to capture feedback on the work done.

  • This could be from a different representative of the customer than who does the approvals.
  • Or feedback could be requested for multiple jobs done for the customer for a certain period at a time (say, a week or a month)
